Ham Bake-This Is Our Favorite Dinner

1 cups water, 1 cup milk, 1/2 stick butter; cubed, 1pkg. parmesan rice with vermicelli mix (I was unable to find this so I used a box of rice a roni parmesan mix), 1 can whole kernel corn; drained, 1 can cut green beans; drained, 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham (or 1 can spam; cubed), 1/2 cup french-fried onions; divided

In a saucepan, bring the water, milk and butter to a boil. Stir in rice with contents of seasoning packet. Return to a boil. Cook uncovered, for 5-6 minutesor until rice is tender. Stir in the corn, beans, ham and 1/4 cup onions.

Transfer to a greased 2 qt. (8x8) baking dish; sprinkle remaining onions around the edges. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Uncover and bake for 10 min. longer or until heated through. 4-6 servings.
