Hey girls - Kristina, Kelly, Alicia, Nicole, and the rest (sorry I can't remember all the names) come join the fun! I think this thread will be luckier than the last!!!

dancegirl - February 28th, 2006 1:35 PM

hey anna ! glad you made a new thread, that was way too long ! yes, you're right, maybe w eneed a new thread to start fresh :-) what do you think happened to kelly ? maybe you will O soon ? are you doing opks this time around ? you totally should since the temp thing isn't always accurate with clomid....... my hsg is this friday and sat. is new clmoid dose. i have a crazy work week which will be nice so everything will go by quickly and i won't obsess too much. how is everyone else doing ? alicia, any signs yet ?

Anna B. - February 28th, 2006 2:33 PM

Hey Kristina! Glad you found the new thread! I'm not using opk's (probably should have but didn't have time to get any) so if I don't get preggo this month then next month I will probably use them. My next two weeks at work will be really busy too so hopefully that will help the time go by quick! I hope that Kelly is okay - it's weird not to hear from her. How's everyone else doing???

Anna B. - March 1st, 2006 8:57 AM

Good morning! Temp is at 97.6 this morning (that's a normal temp for me). Still haven't seen ewcm. I just don't have a good feeling about this cycle for some reason. I don't know why. Maybe that means something good will happen since the other months I had a good feeling and nothing happened! How is everyone else doing?

dancegirl - March 1st, 2006 9:04 AM

good morning ! my temps are still a bit high from provera and expect they will be weird till off of clomid. looking forward to my my appt. on friday. hope it doesn't hurt too much b/c i have to teach a ballet class friday night. my hubby will drive me there and i f needed he can always teach for me. that's the benefit of having the same job, huh ? not that he could come here and do environmental risk assessment, but at least he can help with my teaching and i can help him :-) anna, how is your hubby doing with everything ? i try not to talk about it lots so he doesn't know i'm obsessing. yes, maybe this month will be different for you ! and me ! then we'd have babies close to christmas, right ? maybe for fun i'll see when we'd deliver around. i still haven't given in and bought baby clothes. i was thinking buying a children's book would be fun though. and have a nice little collection before the baby arrives :-) i love the college idea though !!!!!!!!!

Hey Kristina! I had an HSG in the fall and it just hurt when they were injecting the fluid into the tubes (like bad cramps!) - it didn't bother me the rest of the day. It was just annoying because all of the fluid they put in you drains out the rest of the day (they gave be a super big pad to wear!) Just thought I'd warn you! It's really not that bad and it's cool to see it on the x-ray!!! My hubby is doing okay - we got in a little bit of a scuffle this weekend - I think he was feeling like bd'ing was becoming a chore and not fun. I told him as long as it had the same result it could be fun. It has been better since we talked but I cried myself to sleep that night. I really think that let him know how important it is to me. Also, this morning he was talking about wanting to trade in his car for one with 4 doors so it would be easier for getting kids in and out! It's always nice to hear him talk about the future!

Anna B. - March 1st, 2006 5:37 PM

Hi TigerLily! I know what you mean about wanting your period to start. I hadn't had one on my own in 7 years so I was so excited the first time! Now I pray it doesn't come!!! How long have you been ttc?

Tigerlily05 - March 1st, 2006 5:40 PM

Well we have been officially trying for over 2 yrs, but been off bcp and using no form of protection for almost 5 yrs... I was just diagonized with PCOS on Monday and so they are putting me on Clomid and also 1700 mg of metformin...I really hope this helps us to concieve, but if by some chance it doesnt...At least I know they still have more plans for me...lol

nicole nelson - March 1st, 2006 6:04 PM

ok ladies i found you.

Anna B. - March 2nd, 2006 9:02 AM

Good morning! Temp stayed at 97.6 again. I'm on cd 13 so I'm hoping I ovulate pretty soon but last month it was on cd 18. We'll keep bd'ing until we're sure! TigerLily - I hope the clomid works for you and I hope AF comes soon too! Keep us posted on how things are going. Kristina - let us know how the HSG goes tomorrow. What time is your appt?

dancegirl - March 2nd, 2006 10:03 AM

hi girls ! tigerlilly, welcome ! i also have pcos. will be starting 100 mg clomid on sat. was diagnosed in december and just got over my first round of clomid which didn't work :-( didn't respond at all ! anyway, my appt is at 1 pm tomorrow afternoon for the HSG. yikes, anna, hope i'm not leaking dye while teaching ballet ! i really hope it comes out ok. i'm just doing it b/c i can and not b/c i suspect a blockage. so i'm not expecting there to be a blockage, but knowing my luck and the way i keep getting worse news, i'll have no fallopian tubes at all ! haha, guess i should prepare myself in case it is bad news so i'm not so devastated again. but i hope this test clears things up and then i'll ovulate on the higher clomid and i'll have great chances to get prego ! nicole, how are you doing ?

nicole nelson - March 2nd, 2006 10:42 AM

I am doing good. I do believe I have stopped bleeding. So I guess I will wait and see what the doctor says. My doctors appointment is March 7 at 3pm. So maybe good news. I think I am going to talk to my doctor and see if he will get me a hsg done.

Anna B. - March 3rd, 2006 9:05 AM

Good morning! I hope everyone is doing well. Kristina - you've gotta let us know how your HSG goes today. As for me, I think I'm finally getting close to O day! I had ewcm this morning so we bd'd just in case.

michelle - March 3rd, 2006 10:19 AM

Hi i posted on here before about provera. well i just got af yesturday so I called my ob and she is starting me on clomid on monday. I've never been on it before. What is a HSG?

Anna B. - March 3rd, 2006 10:27 AM

Hi Michelle! An HSG is when the doctor shoots dye up through your fallopian tubes to make sure there is no blockage. The dye allows them to do an xray of your tubes. It's really cool although not the most comfortable procedure! Good luck with the clomid - keep us posted.
