Could I Be Pregnant ?

Hello everyone, I think i May be pregnant againm, as i lost my first baby in april, so im really scared atm !
But Ive taken test and 1 line is fadey but the other one is clear, what does this mean?
I've got sore boobs, Constant urine, Gone off cups of tea, Stomach keeps swelling, Feeling really fatigue.
Last time i was pregnant, They did say i had low Hcg Levels, So Maybe it's the same again and thats why it's not showing fully yet?

Sorry about your loss in April. Better luck this time! I wonder if your test means you did not get it wet enough. Try dip method, first morning pee on the next one. Wait until you are sure you are late before you take it. Good luck!
