Last month (October) about two weeks after my period was over i started spotting. The blood was a pinkish color then turned brownish later in the day. The bleeding was very light and only lasted for a day and I had just a little bit of light cramps. It got me worried because i had just gotten my period 2 weeks earlier. My AF was due 11-2-09, so I'm 4 days late. BTW my period is regular. No sign of AF coming, but I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not.

Please help, could that have been implantation bleeding?

The timing was right for implantation spotting. Now you are late, so you could test this weekend using first morning pee with a fair degree of confidence in the result. Wot, no early signs to report other than PMS is also missing? GL!
