I had my last period in August 09 ,, Which came a week late.. and now its September and im now 3 weeks late!? i did a home pregnancy test but the result was negative! i am really confused as to what is happening?

When was the hpt? Do you have any other early signs? Have you been having unprotected sex right along? It seems unlikely that you are at the end of the first trimester and not more aware of it.
