I chart my temps at Fertility Friend and today they told me my chart is possible triphasic. Can anyone tell me what that means. As best as I can tell it really doesn't mean much of anything. Some triphasic charts result in pregnancy and some dont. So what does it really mean?? You can look at my chart at http://www2.fertilityfriend.com/home/af31c. If there are any hyphens just delete them. Sometimes this site adds extra hyphens. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hey KimberlyM, you look pregnant to me. You even had a small dip at 6dpo, which could be implantation dip. Would be about the right time. How many days long are your cycle normally? By the way, when do you think you o'd? Not sure if I"m reading your chart right, cuz to me it looks like your biggest rise was 18/19th. When are you going to test? Baby dust to you!!!!!!

Hi C. Thanks for the response. My cycles are usually anywhere from 28-30 days. I was on clomid this month and I think I O'd a little later than I do without it....somewhere around CD 18-CD20. I am trying not to test until the weekend. DH is very eager to find out. He pays more attention to my temps than I do. I don't want to tell anyone we're pregnant (whenever that happens) right away and he won't be able to keep a secret. I'm thinking the longer I wait to test the longer he can't tell when/if it happens. I hope that doesn't sound too mean. I just know so many people who have told people really early and then something bad happen. KWIM??? Thanks again for your input.....Good luck to you!!

Kimberly, the chart looks promising. I know people look for implantation dips and triphasic indications, but the ultimate test is 18 days above the cover line. The opk +ives are unusually placed, and it's not certain which bd is the most likely winner. No early signs to report yet? Hmm! Good luck!

Grandpa Viv, Thanks for looking at my chart! I was thinking the same thing as for the 18 day temps. I dont know what kind of symptoms to be looking for, really. I don't remember having any with my 3 previous pregnancies.....except for the one that ended at 35 weeks and she had anencephaly.

I have wondered the same thing. Can a chart that appears triphasic nfor a few days suddenly NOT be, if your temps drop.
