Hey guys! Guess who's walking now?! Its official. He started about 2wks ago. Now he's gone with the wind. LOL I can put him down and he'll just go. Its the cutest thing ever! I'm soooo super excited. Hey Kay. How's your lil man doing? He's a lil younger than KJ but I remember him doing the same things at the same time as my son. Your son was moving fast. How's Lissa? What y'all doing this summer? Hey Luv bug. LOL What's new on your end. Hey we are getting closer to the first IVF visit right? Oooooo I can't wait. Your time has finally come. Yippeeeeee!!!! Hope you don't end up being like the octo-mom. LOL! Only kidding. Hey guys get back with me soon. Miss ya much. Muah!

Hey there babybrain! Yea! Mr. KJ is walking! WOW! I can not believe how fast the time has gone by! Yes...it is getting closer to IVF time!!! I have to go in on the 20th of this month to do a "practice transfer" of the embryos. This is necessary so that the doctor can get an accurate measurement of my uterus. Dh's insurance will cover all of the procedure except for $2,000.00. So, right now I am just trying to save as much as possible to make sure that we have the money. If we don't have the money then we will have to wait until October....I don't want to wait that long...but we may have to. Things are tight for everybody these days and so we will see. As always I will keep you girls updated! Oh! I almost forgot! I got another 4.0 this semester! whoohoo! This semester really kicked my butt! I am so glad that it is over! I wish I was taking a break for the summer, but I am actually working on my certification to do medical coding and billing. This way I will have a job that I can do from home, so that I can be at home with my babies! Okay! Enough about me! Kay!!! What's going on with you girlie! Oh my little guy has been walking and he goes everywhere! His birthday was on the 5th and we had a little cookout. He was up ALL day and I gave him his cake, we sang to him, laughed as he ate some of it, and by the time I got pieces for the rest of us he was knocked out. He woke up about 20 minutes later, licked his fingers, took another bite, and went right back to sleep. He's such a cutie patootie. He waves to himself and says to me ha mama. He also just got two more top teeth. Speaking of teeth, Liss lost her first bottom one a few days ago and the one next to it is wiggly now too. Her birthday is on Tuesday, which also starts my week long vacation from work.

I forgot it was Mother's Day lol and Happy Mother's Day to our soon to be mommy! I slept in and Curtis made me breakfast in bed. He came in, asked if I was hungry (he's already cooked everything) and I fell back asleep before he could even bring the food in. He bought us a new blanket and pillows which I surprisingly like and some chocolate covered strawberries. It was just kind of a relaxing day. I'm on VACATION for EIGHT days! Liss came down with strep, was allergic to the penicillin, is feeling fine now, but just developed a dry, itcy rash from the reaction today. Poor kid, but she feels better and her birthday is tomorrow. I think we're going to the zoo on Friday.

Hey ladies!!! What's crackin? Nothing much going on over here! Sameo, sameo! I am a little sad...I don't think Issac and I will be doing the IVF in August...right now we just don't have the $2,000...and dh's mom and dad have had a lot of health issues lately. So he has been sorta stressed. There is another cycle in October...and so I am sure that we will have the money by then. Dh is still in training for his new job and is not making as much money as he will once he is done with the training...so I just don't want to stress us out financially when we can just another month or two...don't get me wrong...the wait is slowly killing me and I so want to do it asap!!! But you never know...everything happens for a reason...I am using this time to get better with my eating and exercise habits and of course I am on my vitamins... so I am just going to work on making sure my body is ready for pregnancy as much as possible. Well, enough about me... Kay how is Liss? Poor thing! I hope she is feeling better! Babybrain! Calling Babybrain! What's going on with you girlie? Hey I guess pepper and pammie have left us for good (Sad face)...well we miss you girls and we hope that you girls and your little miracles are doing well! Well, ladies i better go eat me some breakfast...my stomach is screaming at me! love ya!

Oooops! Almost forgot...today is me and dh's wedding anniversary! It's been 4 years already!!!!! WoW! I am so in love! Time for some extra special baby making! Whoohoo! send me babydust!!! I need some bad!!!

Aw congratulation luv! I hope you guys did something special. At least the wait is only extended by 2 months. You have such a reachable goal in sight now :) I'm such a dork. I accidentally clicked on the first trimester forum topic and was going through all the pages wondering where our threads were. Liss has her last day of school on Thursday. It's kind of sad because she enjoys it so much and isn't at the stage yet where she can't wait for summer vacation. I've been cleaning out the house like a nut all week, exercising, reading, and just trying keep busy yet stay relaxed. Pepper isn't able to post here, but she sent me a message saying everything is going well.

Luv - that's SO awesome about the IVF!!!!!!!!!!! Babybrain and Kay - wow, your babies are already walking and are a year old!!!!!!
Kendell has been pulling up on everything for a little while but hasn't really tried to "cruise" or walk on her own. We've started taking her swimming a lot the past few weeks. She seems to like it and is starting to kick her legs (just a little bit) when we push her between the two of us. She really likes looking at all the other kids at the pool!!
She says mama (but not specificly to me) and the bababa sound, etc. But no dada yet. I gave in a bought that "your baby can read" program. lol I thought it looked cool, and then decided against it...figuring that was too pushy, etc. Then I talked to a friend who was doing it which totally reignighted my interest. I just love it!!!! Kendell seems to like it too. Anyway, it's really fun, so if you guys were skeptical like I was, I have to say it's pretty cool.
Gosh, what else....oh, Luv, yes, we're in Augusta!! and Babybrain - where are you at in TX? Are you anywhere near Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio or Ft Hood?? What kind of nurse are you?

OMG! Pepperperson!!! It is soooooo good to hear from you! I screamed when I read that you lived in Augusta!!! Honey, I am only 1 hour and 15 minutes away from you!!! Also, I come there pretty often to visit my family(my mom and sisters)! So OMG! We so could meet each other one day for lunch or dinner or something!! I am going to warn you...I am probably going to cry! OMG! This is so exciting...I will even get to meet Kendall!!! Of course you are welcome to come and visit me here in Columbia, SC as well! The zoo is here and so we could take Kendall and probably my niece to the zoo one weekend!!! Okay...I know I am getting carried away..but really though we will have to get together. maybe the babydust will work if you give it to me in person!!! LOL! So how is everyone? I am so ready for a vacation!!! I want to go on a cruise or something! I think I am going to plan a trip for Dh and I to Charleston...they have some lots of fun things to do there and we won't have to drive as far!!!

We definately will have to get together so you can meet the Diva...and so we can meet each other! lol Kendell's not a very good dinner date right now because she's ah hum..."exercising" and "discovering" her voice...sometimes very loudly. lol Do you like to swim, at all? She loves to swim and she doesn't make a scene when she squeels...because every other kid is doing the same. LOL
Her first birthday is coming up so I've been practicing the cakes. I'm new to decorating them and i need A LOT of practice.

I've gotta say I'm jealous and want in on dinner!! I'm probably the furthest away from anyone. It's really good to hear from you pepper, and I'm happy you could find a way to post. Kendall will be walking before you know it, then you're really in for some trouble! Ace says mama and dada specifically but when he's excited he shouts GA! GA! and other times he'll come up to you like he has something to tell you or a question to ask and just say ging ging ging ging ging? He's a nut and always so darn happy. He's really taken to the outside and bangs on the door and gets upset if it opens and he isn't going out too. I got Curtis a gym membership to a 24 hour place since he works nights. You get a key card to swipe and can go anytime you want. We went to Red Lobster and holy moly it was $70 for just two people! I feel like a turd spending that much on one meal, but he enjoyed it and that's what mattered.

That's cool about the gym...and sucks about the restaurant bill. But, you're right....if you enjoyed it, then it was okay to splurge, right??

J right now, like your husband, is on nights. I'm a night owl, so it kind of works okay.

Kay, you are more than welcome to join us!! I think it would be really cool if we all planned to meet one day anyway! Pepper, I wil actually be in town this weekend and next weekend! My cousin is getting married July 4th, and this weekend is the bachelorette party! I know it is short notice so maybe we can plan to get together some time in August if that is good for you! Kay-dont' feel bad about the restaurant bill... I agree with pepper! it's nice go out and splurge every once in a while! babybrain!! calling babybrain! what's going on with you girlie!! I am so sleepy today and I don't know why! The wicked witch of the month showed up the end of last week and so I guess I am just still trying to get my energy back! dh and I are continuing to try naturally and will go forward with in vitro next year if I am not pregnant by then. so don't give up on me just yet ladies..I will be adding a baby to the group soon!
