Period Is Late

My period is late, yet i am on Tri sprintec regularly everyday at about the same time also. I had unprotected sex 4 times the past month, nad have always had short and light periods regularly on the pill(I've been on it for about 5 months now.) My new husband and i just got back from Arizona as well where the temperature was warmer and we did a little more exercise than usual. Also recently I have had some numbness in my leg, arm and face on and off which I am unsure of what it is. My last day of taking my pill was Wednesday and it's tuesday now. What is your opinion, do you think I am pregnant or just the changes could be keeping my period away. I'm scared because this is not how we wanted to start off our marriage.
