I had sex with my boyfriend 6 days ago without a condom. I am on the pill though. Starting yesterday I had a thick dark brown discharge in the morning that changed over to a very light bright red discharge that lasted for about a day. My period is only supposed to come in one week and it is always right on time. Do you think this is implantation bleeding? I am 18 and very scared... Please help. THANKS

This isn't an answer to your question, but the same thing happened to me, except the discharge stayed dark brown.

Hey sweetie i dont know the answer but I know exactly how you feel....went from a dark brown to a very bright red that is never that red during my period...just keep your head up sweetie.
