Grandpa Viv - a man who knows a lot about womens bodies and the internet. he does research on the questions we ask then relays info back to us. he isn't a perverted old man (if he wanted to, he could let us believe he's a woman and nobody would ever know), and if you feel weird posting to a guy, you don't have to. he is very helpful, non-judgemental, and concise, and many women on this site adore him. as far as i know, he doesn't profess to be any sort of professional, so as with any advice you get here, take it with a grain of salt

Yes, you have to be aware that sometimes his advice is kind but wrong. That can be difficult if the person asking, believes his answers must be right. I find it odd that very few people question his knowledge or who he is. Anybody can use the name. Are you aware he may be right or wrong? He varies. I see that problems can arise when girls firmly believe he is the authority to go to, or he rides on a reputation of 'being a wise old man'. That is what bothers me, he knows he's seen as somebody whose advice is trusted by many, with some even believing he's a doctor. His is a responsible but dangerous position to be in, especially when he answers questions he shouldn't really but women trust he's right. There are a lot of fantastic ladies who answer questions too. We may be wrong but we don't portray ourselves as wise..On the upside, he is non-judgmental, probably due to a certain maturity. And he'd never bother with the catfights. I also think he's popular quite simply because he's a man.
