Bleeding?

I've been thinking I am pregnant for a while now but can't seem to get a positive test. Someone today told me when she saw me she wanted to ask if I was even though she thought I was still a virgin. But yeah...I had sex last night and now I am bleeding..not heavily but when i went to the bathroom there was some tissue there and this didn't happen last time. It hurt a lot this time too...I know this doesn't really have anything to do with signs of pregnancy but I just want to know...could I have caused miscarriage by having sex?
