Cramping - A Sign Of Pregnancy???

For the past 4 days I have been experiencing cramping in my lower left abdomen, I have also noticed CM, when I wipe, in the last 2 days (which I have never noticed before). I have been on BCP for the past 11 years and I just went off on Mar 05. AF came as usual on Mar 9. I have had an increased appetite as well as acne breakouts. Could these cramps be early signs of pregnancy or is this just ovulation & lots of wishful thinking??
Any input would be appreciatd!!

Hopeful-I went off my BCP early Feb. and I felt the same way you did, and thought and hoped I was pregnant and no I wasn't. Although your very fertile coming off the pill, what you may be experiencing is your first ovulation and cycle and the discharge and cramps that are associated with that. I cramped from 3 days before ovulation right up to my period which came on cd26. You will feel pretty rough for the first cycle (and feel early pregnancy symptoms) especially because the hormones are out of whack and your body is trying to readjust itself.
