i would say no just because it's one day and you'll be fine - but then again, i doubt it would hurt - not much help, i'm sorry!! i wouldn't take another one, personally...

Jessica - try taking the pill after you eat dinner or right before bedtime - that helps me not feel sick or throw up my pills.
