How many days after conception will you start to see signs of pregnancy? How long does it take for your boobs to get sore?

it's really different for every women but i guess implantaion occur 8 days after O.....some could experience some symptoms but some not. Some doesn't know they were pg until they miss their period. Sore boobs can occur even if you are not pg, it could be a PMS sign. And usually you can feel it after ovulation.
