Im 18..maybe My Periods Or Still Just Irregular...maybe?

Well, my periods are never on a set schedule every month, give or take a few days. I am about 5 days late this time. About a week ago, i bled for one day, then it stopped, and i had no cramps, or symptoms of my period coming. I had protected (always)sex a week before this happened. Are these signs of being pregnant or are my periods just still irregular and unstable?
