Missed Period BEFORE Sex..

First, I know its obviously TOO soon to tell but I'm just wondering....

I didn't have my period in the month of august. I stopped taking birth control back in May and didn't miss any periods at all since I stopped, just a bit shorter/lighter but other then that, I haven't missed any.

My husband and I also don't use condoms (we live apart at the moment and don't see each other often) but we saw each other on sept 4th and had sex a couple of times...and no condoms like I said.

I'm wondering, since I didn't get my period in august...what that effect on getting pregnant?! higher, lower?

Help.

I would say lower, because usually if you skip a period it is because you didn't ovulate that month. However you can ovulate without ever having a period, your period happens because of ovulation. So you could have ovulated this month and gotten pregnant. I would take a test to be sure.
