My last normal AF was 7/8 and on 7/12 I started BC. After 10-12 pills I stopped because of the way it made me feel. The BC made me bleed starting on 7/21 or around for about a week. Me and my DH are very active and do not use another form of BC but he does withdraw. Still no AF but my bbs are very sore and tingle from time to time, cramping, lower back pain, and a few other weird things going on that is not normal. On 8/25 I got a BFN. What to do? Can anyone else relate? Advice? Anything would be great!!!

Hello, it is possible since you are no longer using other forms of bc. I was on a very low dose pill for several years and just stopped taking them last year. When I did stop I did have what seemed like symptoms (nausea, sore breasts, cramps) but it was just my body reacting to stopping the pill due to the changes in hormones. It is common you when stop taking the pill to have irregular periods for a few months and to also experience your other symptoms. Since there is a possibility, wait and take another test. or call your doctor and let them know your situation. I hope this helps

I agree, when you stop staking the pill it takes your body a while to start regulating your hormones again. You can feel like you have pms for a while after you stop taking it, even if you don't take it for a long time. But, because you aren't using condoms or anything else you should test again, use first morning pee, and a early pregnancy test like first response. Withdrawal method isn't a good form of birthcontrol. Atleast use a spermicide and withdrawal.
