Pregnant On Mirena

I been on mirena for about 2 years now the last two months my period only lasted about a day but I only spotted all my other periods lasted about 4 or five days my stomach feels very weird feels like there something under my ribs sometimes and I been getting heart burn sometimes and I have to use the bathroom a lot so does this mean
