i have just noticed specks of white spots rightnext to my nipple. only on one boob, but my nipples have been very tender and sore for a bout four days, could it be menstruation,as i'm not due till next week or could i be pregnant.

not really too small to tell clusters of little white specks right next to nipple the others are raised as always could it be premenstrual

had another look, they r slighly raised but they are around the edge of my nipples. still extremely tender.
