Can anyone help me wit child support? I really don't know if the father of my child is going to be there when she is born, but I'm going to wait and see. some people have told me to wait until your baby gets her s.s.n. and then if he still ain't doin nothing then just send everything in along with the s.s.n. and just take him to court if he don't want to claim his child. Is all that info correct and if it is can you tell me more about child support? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Yes that is good to get her s.s.n number first then contact the attorney general where you are if he does not agree to pay you. I would call him and try to get something in writing if he doesn't show up after she's born. But theres other agencies to go to, just not sure where. But do realize that they will give him rights to your daughter. He can take her everyother weekend,holidays ,weekdays and so on. Thats what i have with my ex. So hopefully in your case he will end up being a good dad. Child support will go on what he makes in a month.So good luck.
