Visitation

I currently have a 3 month year old.. My daughters father has not seen her in 2 1/2 months nor has he attempted to see her. I live in NJ and he lives in NY. He refuses to come visit her in my home and wants to take her outside my home for visitation. We are going to court at the end of the month to let a judge decide. What are the chances a judge will grant him visitation outside my home being that she is an infant?

My sister and her ex were going through the same thing when my nephew was a baby. Now I live in Canada so it might be different in the state you live in. My nephews Dad had to come visit him at my sisters house until she (my sister) felt that the Dad was fully capable to handle the child on his own (which wasn't til he was about 1 1/2yrs. Good luck to you on this one....it all depends on your state and the judge.
