if you are 16 and the father of your baby is older is there any chance if he took youy to court he could take the baby from you ! i need advise please im getting worried about this situation..

Please contact an attorney, the call is free. You can multiple attorney and ask questions. Every situation is different. If he contacts an attorney isn't he concerned about statuatory rape? Are you currently pregnant?

Contact attorneys and find out what the law is in your state. Many factors play a role in how a judge decides custody battles. Just because he is older is not reason enough to gain custody. Make some calls- knowledge is power!
