How Do I Cope....

I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my first child. It's my husbands 2nd child. And I honestly am afraid of beliving him. He's had a past of cheating on his first baby mother and they were together for 8 years. About 5 years ago, I was one of the girls who he slept with while he was with her. At the begining of our relationship the love was there, not only were we lovers but best friends. And know a year later and I'm 9 months pregnant he's changed. His attitude ever since we found out we were having a little girl. He calls his baby mother and dissapers to his mothers house and wont call me for days. Should I trust him or let him go. We've been together since Dec/2004 and the baby is due on Christmas. We've been married since July/2005. I know we rushed into everything, but should I let him go or try to trust him???

I mean absolutely no offense by this... but if he was cheating on his ex with you, what made you think that he wouldn't do it to you? A lot of women make the mistake of thinking they're "different" than the woman being cheated on, but in most cases they're not. The guy is just a jerk. Honestly, the fact that he's disappearing for days without telling you is NOT a good sign. It doesn't necessarily mean he's cheating, but something is obviously going on in his head that shouldn't be. The fact that he's already done this to one woman is NOT a good sign. I highly suggest you talk to him, and if he continues to do what he's doing, I suggest you let him go and find yourself a real man. And for future reference to any of you ladies reading this... USUALLY if they've done it to their ex, they'll do it to you.

I agree with April, talk to him first. But take it from me, my ex has cheated on me AND the girls he lived with while he was with me (which i found out about later-says he loved them)so many times..Its not worth the pain. Hang in there people change BUT not usually-he shouldn't be leaving you like that anyway. Good luck.
