i am almost 19 my fiance and i are trying to get pregnant my periods are regular i was supposed to get my period on feb 20th and it still has not come which would make me 10 days late i took 2 preg tests and both were negative im not stressed or anything i have pregnancy symptoms such as dizziness, nauseated through out the day and some abdominal cramping like i would when on my period, food cravings, very sensitive to smells, very tired alot more than usual, and mood swings... but no period i was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what may be going on with me??

Trying to conceive and with all those great signs, it is a wonder you can't get a positive test. Test at weekly intervals using first morning pee, and call a doc if you miss a second period. Good luck!
