I am on birth control(the patch to be exact) and my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex almost 3 weeks ago.I am suppose to get my period this week but I am worried I might be late.He did pull out about 2-3 minutes before he came,but I am still worried about pre-cum.Should I not be so worried because I am on the patch?

Hi, I don't think you have anything to worry about since you were on the patch. While I was on the patch I never got pregnant and several of my friends are on it and they haven't gotten pregnant. I wouldn't worry!

I wouldn't worry but if your that scared make him use something altough the point of the patch is to have intercourse with someone you know and trust (no std's ect.) and no get pregnant

The patch is a reliable form of birth control, I wouldn't worry. Although your period might be late for a number of reasons ( stress, diet change , ect.) Good Luck
