I've just recently lost my virginity, this morning in fact. My partner and I had discussed this before hand, so protection in the form of a condom was used. With a slight exception, the first few "thrusts" were done without a condom (ejaculated in condom, just clarifying)! So due to fantastic present day knowledge I know there's still the chance of pregnancy, and would like to know what that chance is? And whatever other valuable tidbits you might like to add/share

Also, I’m quite embarrassed of this and have pointedly decided to take up avid lying, in concerns to the "virginity" factor. So parental sharing of advice and resolutions is not an option if I discover I am pregnant. Is there such a thing as a "home-abortion"? I need a discreet solution. Also, since it's the first 24 hours, is there anything I can do to decrease/stop the chances of fertilization?

Note: these questions are for present and future. For those who may have missed it, * I'm unaware if I'm pregnant*.

Emergency Contraception (PLAN-B) can be used in the days immediately following a contraceptive accident. It is a high dose of hormones that interferes with ovulation / fertilization / implantation. Your chance is low this time, depending somewhat on whether you were in your fertile window, the 6 days before or 2 days after ovulation. Let's give it 1 in 100. Visit www.ppowb.org/dv/ for more. Good luck!

Call your local pharmacy and ask about the "Morning After" pill. They will be able to give you information on how to obtain it. Consider using contraceptive foam along with your condoms... it increases the effectiveness to almost 100% (if used properly every time).
