One of the single most important things you can do for your children is get an education so you can support both you and them. Try to go back to school, even if it's getting your GED or taking the extended classes offered to pregnant teens and teen moms.
Second, have you signed up for everything? WIC, welfare, food stamps, everything you can think of? It's a right pain to run around, but it'll be to the benefit of your children.
Third, make sure the father understands he's going to be paying child support, even if he isn't ready to be a father. Again, it's what's best for your children.
And finally, and on the brighter side, your parents may come around when they see their grandchildren. It hits a lot of parents hard when they learn that their children are pregnant, and it takes some time. But I would have a talk with them (this is what I would personally do, the choice is of course yours)about confining you to the house. You're going to be a parent, and you're going to have to do what's best for your children, which includes leaving the house.
Good luck.
