I Desperately Need Help!

I don't know what to do.
I have been on the pill for almost a year. I have unprotected sex on the regular (every other day) and I am very regular with my period. The last two months, however, my period only bled enough for one day over five and it was only blood, no tissue or weird clumps, just blood. Then last week I got an even lighter mini-period that bled. I have missed pills on occassion. I don't know what could be wrong with me but my breasts hurt,(more on the underside) and I have had bad pressure headaches and other small symptoms. What could be wrong with me?

While you are on the pill you don't have a proper period. The bleeding you do have is governed by the pill and may get lighter over time. If you think you might have gotten pregnant recently, check with the office of the prescribing doctor - they may want you to have a blood test before starting on the next pack. Good luck!
