It depends on how fertile you are. If you're having unprotected sex it's bound to happen eventually. Some people, like me, get pregnant if they're anywhere near a penis, others try to conceive for years with no luck. I'm no one to say if you are ready for a baby or not, but like 99.99% of teenagers should not try to conceive.

You got a great point. If I'm pregnant I'll be ready. I'm a strong person, I got my head on right, my boyfriend is supportive and is with me all the way.

candj, just remember that your boyfriend is just that! Boyfriend means he has a ticket to flee. If you are pregnant and all you say is true then okay, but if you aren't, you should really wait to be hoping for pregnancy until your boyfriend has made that commitment that shows he really is choosing to stick around. Good luck with everything! And I hope I'm not offensive in saying that.

if you are pregnant, and i turn out to be pregnant. We will have the same due date pretty mcuh. =) but yeah, your boyfriend could flee so make sure you know that. Other than that, i hope that whatever happens you will be ready and i'm sure you will be a fantastic mother; if not now then later on down the line =) If you aren't pregnant though i wouldn't TTC until you two are married. JMO.
