So I was with my boyfriend last Friday and I helped him ejaculate. And we wiped the semen with a towel. After 15 minutes or so we were about to have sex, I'm a virgin and he stopped when he hit my hymen. So I was wondering could the semen from before cause pregnancy? There was no visible semen but I'm still a little worried..

Pretty unlikeky. In theory there could be a little semen left in his urethra, and if you were close to ovulation then sperm getting past the hymen could cause pregnancy. Ovulation is generally 14 days before your next period. Seems like this is going to get serious pretty soon. Why not buy your own condoms and vaginal spermicide in preparation. Use condoms every time, and also vaginal spermicide if you are in the fertile window, days 8 thru 16 of 28. Good luck!
