My boyfriend and I were attempting to have sek when I accidently pierced the condom with my fingernails. His penis was not in my Vagina at the time but I ended up getting sperm all over my pubic region. Can I get Pregnant?

Those condoms must have been from the dollar store, or in his wallet for quite a long time. Tell him to buy better ones.
