Am I Pregnant Please Help

i have started to have this kinda like period pains for a week and a bit and my breasts have gone really sore and my nipples get hard alot could i be pregnant or is it just my period cos im not due on till the 18th of this month and ive been have this stuff for nearly 2 and a half weeks

I recently thought I was pregnant.. I was waking up in the mornings sick and one day didn't get out of bed all day cause I was sick and throwing up and my breasts were so sore I could hardly lift my arms up.. and I thought for sure that I was pregnant and then all the sudden I started my period on time. Take a test to be sure.

i would but it wont work yet could i get these symptoms so early on
