We had a similar problem when all my daughter wanted to drink was juice. We kept her on solids for two days and all the symptoms went away. Good luck.

Have you suddenly changed her milk? If so this could be why. You need to introduce a little at a time to allow for her system to get used to it. If she has been on it for a while then I would look to other causes like an infection of some kind. Your best bet is to keep her topped up on as much fluids as possible as at this age she will dehydrate very quickly and give her bland food little and often until her stomach settles. If it doesn't in the next day or two and she still has the diarrhea I would take her to the Doctor to get checked over.

BART diet for diarrhea - Bananas, Apples, Rice and Toast. It will help bind her up. Once the diarrhea is under control you can work on the rash, Boudreaux's Butt Paste is good. Like Tory1980 said, if it doesn't get better in a couple of days call the pedi and see what they say.
