well if u have been taking your bc pills correctly u shouldnt be preganngt but nothing is 100% i used to skipped my period too with bc pills and didnt spot im sure you will be fine

I doubt you are pregnant! If you never missed a pill but just took them back to back you have built your hormones up with no release so sore boobs is understandable. It's like this, when my period is late it's almost like my symptoms build up like a dam is about to burst. Same thing happened when I would take birth control one pack right after the other (which is why after two times I stopped!). My boobs swelled and hurt so bad, I had water retention so bad, mood swings, and when I finally got tothe end of the second pack and got myperiod, it was way heavier thannormal for being on the pill. As for the spotting the last tme you did it-spotting on the pill can be unpredictable when your on the pill because it's breakthrough bleeding. It really isn't asign of anything. Some people spot predictably the whole time they are on the pill, some people never do, and some people do here and there with no warning. IF you are worried then I'd take a test a week after you finish the pack. Some people do get pregnant on birth control so it's smart to double check, but the sore boobs thing and other weird symptoms is going to happen whe you stack up your packs. Even if it didn't happen the first time.

If you think you missed a pill around spring break STOP TAKING THEM because if you are pregnant you don't want to harm the baby
