if you decide not to breast feed will the shape of your boobs or nipples be different and not return back to normal after the pregnancy is over and the milk has left?

make sure u were a supportive bra and get one properly fit towards the end of ur pregnancy and after u have given birth...otherwise if u dont wear a supportive bra your breasts will sag

Unfortunately it has little to do with the nursing aspect. When you get pregnant the hormones you have that change also change the shape and possibly the size of your breast. My breasts are quite large and I have breastfed, and they definately do sag more than they used to. But when nursing stops they do go back to almost normal.
