I had my period for one day then it stopped and ive been having bad cramps and there is a chance im pregnant?! How can i tell?!

If you have been sexually active there is a chance. The only way to tell is by taking a test. If you get a negative response, test again in 1 week. If the 2nd time is also negative and you still feel pregnant, go to the doctor for a blood test.
