your baby needs a decent amount of food everyday. the only food it gets is what you eat, but as long as your not starving yourself ...your baby should be fine.

JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT EAT FREQUENTLY DOESNT MEAN YOUR BABY IS NOT GETTING THE NUTRITION IT NEEDS, BUT IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE THE RIGHT VITAMINS AND MINERALS ARE GETTING TO YOUR BABY WHEN YOU DO EAT YOU NEED TO EAT HEATHY. IF YOU DO NOT EAT VERY OFTEN THROUGHOUT THE DAY THEN WHEN YOU DO EAT YOU NEED TO BE SURE IT IS A HEALTHY SERVING AND IT IS GOOD FOR YOU AND THE BABY. REMEMBER YOU ARE EATING FOR 2 AND ALL THE VITAMINS ARE BEING TAKEN FROM YOU SO EAT WELL!
