Hello ladies, i am 36 1/2 wks pregnant and since this is my first one i have been having alot of questions and thank God for this site because it has helped out alot. Ok here is my question, i have been getting some pains down in the the vaginal area for the past couple of days. Do any of you mommies know what it might be? Also, i have had mild back pain. i go to the doctor on Friday and hope to get alot of these questions answered by my doctor, its hard to call up there because it usually takes them a day to call back.

Sounds like the normal aches and pains you have later in pregnancy. The baby grows rapidly during the last few weeks and you begin to feel more back, hip, and crotch pain. It'll probably get a little worse before the baby is born but it's nothing to worry about.
