Why don't you eat more foods that are high in iron, like raw spinach, broccoli, etc. Check your food guide for other iron rich foods...also there is iron in your prenatal vitamins

when i was 7 months the doctor started me on slowfe, an iron suppliment. i was told to take 2 a day, but i started to have problems with my bowels. i told the doc and they said to lower the dose to one a day. so check with your doc on that. also eating iron rich foods is really good too.

I have the same problem. Black Molasses is an excellent source of iron.
