I have been taking Zofran since I was 10 weeks pregnant and I am now in my third trimester. I was hoping to stop using it after my 4th month but every time I try I have naseau and vomiting. It now appears like I may be using it until the end of my pregnancy. Has anyone been on it for their entire pregnancy and have they had healthy, normal developing children?

I used anti emetics throughout my pregnancy because I was constantly nauseous. My little guy is perfectly fine, and I know Zofran is usually considered a safe medicine to take.

I was on zofran my whole pregnancy with my ds. He's now 2 years old and has been sick 3 times in his life, and it was only little head colds that lasted a couple days. He's never had an ear infection, and he's just the healthiest little kid ever, and very smart. So yes, zofran is safe, don't worry, your baby will be just fine. Good luck!!

Thank you for your encouraging responses! I read that Zofran can get into breast milk. Did any of you breast feed your babies?
