Hey, I realize this is probably a fear I should be pushing aside, but I'm due in 3 weeks (but the doctor said i'll probably be early) and there is no sign of milk. I most definitely want to breastfeed but what happens if the milk isn't here when the baby comes??

Don't worry. Your milk usually comes in after birth and that usually takes about 3 days. When your baby nurses after birth, it's usually colostrum, which will help their immunity.

Your milk wont come in until after you start breast feeding. My milk came in 5 days after I started breast feeding. Women who leak milk before they start breast feeding is only because of hormones. Dont worry it will come.

Curious - you have nothing to worry about. I wasn't leaking anything prior to birth. After I had my daughter, I had colostrum and after 4 days, I have so much milk my boobs hurt and I have to use a breast pump.
