Hi SusanS...Here's what I found out from my Dr. and my nurse. If youve had internal exam and let say your said you are 1cm dilated......that means you've lost your plug long time ago. Wow huh? I didnt know that either. Im 37 wks and 2 days so Im guessing I lost mine between 32wks-36wks (just a guess). Hope that helps.

I did not notice losing mine at all.

i lost mine about 32 weeks (now 36) it was obvious to me. it wasnt as people on here described it but i knew for sure it was the mucus plug

I am 37 weeks and I dont know whether I have or have not lost it... I guess I will find out if my doc does an internal!

I will be 36 weeks Friday....not sure if I have lost it or not...but last week I did notice some light pink spots on the tp! But then that was it...
