Do you have to wear both at the same time? If I have a button up shirt, and I wear a nursing bra, is that ok? Or do I have to go out and buy nursing tops? THANKS!

If you have a tank top that has a built in bra you can definitely just use that one instead.....if you're leaking already then its way easier to change your nursing pads. I have both.. (nursing bra and tank top (maternity) and I plan to use the tank top while Im in the hospital.

I love the glamourmom nursing tops! they are tanks with a built in nursing bra. They are a bit pricey- but soo worth it. I love to wear them alone on the weekends and under a light jacket or bottondown for work. You can find them at mommy2reese.com

are there any other nursing tank tops that arent only available in the states or online at glamourmom? Like does anyone know of a maternity store that carries them cheaper?? or Walmart or something?

I saw one style at Target in the same section as their nursing bras. I didn't buy it, b/c I wsasn't sure what size to get (hard to know how quickly the tummy will go down - this is my first pregnancy so I don't know what to expect).
