Ppre-labor Or Uti?

I am 32 weeks pregnant and with a diagnostic of an uti. My baby is already in a vertex position and I think it dropped. I have been having an increasing pressure in the pelvis and rectum, a lot of bowel movements, heavy cramps, a severe constant back pain from waistline to the butt that every 20 minutes was sharper and then it went away, nausea. I have a yellowish vaginal discharge viscous after the cramps today. Could all of this be uti symptoms or pre-labor symptoms?
