I am 27 weeks, and the time before last it hurt and I was so uncomfortable!! Sorry for TMI, but I was on top and I started getting really crampy...like I was putting our baby in a blender inside of me!!! The last time we did it, he was on top, but not my belly, which we haven't done in a while, and it was amazing! Usually that is not so hot for me, but for some reason, it just worked. I'm sorry that all positions hurt. That is what we have found works for us..the other positions are starting to get akward, and not so fun....sucks though, cause I am sure if we found positions that worked for us, it would be amazing with all that blood flowing down there!!! I'm not sure if I was much help, but it is nice to hear it from someone else! Good Luck!

The only way I can have an orgasm anymore is if I'm on top. Any other position and we can go at it forever but I just never can have an orgasm.

i feel exactly like that too kmoselle......your vagina swells in pregnancy so tha could be why.........sometimes it feels like the inside is falling out lol! and if im in the bath and i feel i can feel the pressure like her head is pressing everything out

That is exactly how it feels- like it wants to fall out! It also happens when I stand too long. Over the next week my dh and I will have his daughters for the holiday and we have a lot of activities planned. I sometimes worry that it will fall out on one of our outings!!! LOL- I know that won't happen but it sure feels that way!

I feel very sore along my walls ( sorry tmi ...lol) I thought I might have an infecton but doc said all is fine. I dont know what is going on! I dont remember it feeling like that with the other two! And Oragasim... HA!! Im just trying to survive the act!!! lol....We have tried many positions!! It just isnt working for me! I still let him get his and he knows to get in and out!!! It is a shame that it has come to this! Especially since still after all these years we are usually very active lovers. I cant wait to get my body back!!!

I was just reading the post about swollen vaginas. Mine is also very swollen. I wonder if that why it is hurting so much- that I have a varicose vein down there or if it is just the swelling and pressure from the swelling. It looks like I have 2 purple Twinkies down there!!! Either way- like you, Breezieb, I cannot wait to get my body back! This weekend my fingers swelled to sausages and my feet turned to big fat marshmallows. And I have 7 more weeks before I get any relief!

my mom was giving me some cautionary advice a couple of weeks ago. there's some translation issues so take it for what its worth, but basically she said to be careful about going back to work too early. b/c after giving birth, if you don't rest long enough to let stuff heal down there, your 'thing' can droop / feel like its falling out. she said my grandmother had frequent pain and perm damage cuz she didn't rest enough her first pregnancy, and it affected her sex life, and it took surgery to repair the damage.

and my mom had the same problem with her first pregnancy, and it was very painful when her 'thing' drooped; she bled a lot. so my aunt took her to a medicine woman who used some herbal rock to basically stuff her 'thing' back into place, but caused an infection - but the doctors fixed that. and my mom had 5 more kids, and was careful to rest after each, and it wasn't a problem again.

i presume her 'thing' is her cervix...

sry no comments about OP/sex - SO and i don't get far enough in the bedroom these days to know whether it'd be painful or not.

I've felt the same way. I don't like penetration now at all (it hurts), plus, I'm big enough now that everything is a tad awkward. So, we work around the problem creatively with fingers and mouth. :)

Well, pain is all gone now. It lasted about 3 weeks where penetration was absolutely unbearable! We tried again over the weekend and it was great! I'm not sure what happened or why. Probably just my body getting ready for baby or something.

Am I the only one who doesn't feel like having sex at all? My husband watches porn all the time and so I feel like I can't compete with that anyway. He takes an hour to come and I am too worn out to do that at this point. My vagina is swollen too, but it's mainly the above mentioned that keeps me from sex. He never bugs me for it either which makes me think that he prefers the porn. It's an overall bummer and makes me feel even less attractive.......

For the last month when I was pregnant we didn't have sex. I just wasn't into it lol. Now that I have had my son I so wan't sex but we have to wait because I'm still bleeding after having my son.

after having sex i get a horrible pressure feeling down below which has me sat there in tears sometimes\\1 we dont do it very ofton im just not in to it, not even foreplay i think where everything is extra sensitive i dont like it

i thought after having my son i wouldn't want sex b/c of the renewed risk of getting pregnant. but man, i find myself thinking about it now, esp. with my body halfway coming back to me! i can't b/c i tore, still need to heal, but it crosses my mind now and then! *grin*
