Alrighty here I go....
I dont know of its just me or other people as well, I hope its not just me, because then I will feel even worse.
It used to be before I knew I was pregnant, that I would see a baby and be like aww how cute, or a toddler and be thats such a sweet little kid. NOWW when I look at certain kids, or babies, I look at them and hope my baby doesnt look like that one, or I hope my baby doesnt have that big of a head, or that colour of eyes, or something! I feel so critical towards little kids now, and I was NEVER like that before. Am I the only one? Or have the kids in this world gotten ugly just as I got pregnant? Mind you I still find ALOT of babies and toddlers cute, but I used to find them ALLLL cute and adorable.

hahaha i have this syndrome!!! i think im scared that my kid is not going to be pretty, etc...but you just have to remember that health is the most important thing...and well to the rest of the world most kids are cute

I think we're just all anxious to see what our little ones will look like...I've noticed I'm overly concerned about how kids act in public or what parents are feeding them or how they discipline them! It must be my maternal instincts kicking in!!!

Me too! Except I might be worse...I worry that my relatives babies will be cuter than mine! How sick is that! I don't have siblings, I'm talking about my cousins, etc.. That is bad I guess but I can't help it.

I'm so guilty. Not only of that, but when I see kids dressed a certain way. I'm thinking, I would never let my kid go outside like that! I'm terrible, I know it!

nope i think its normal, ive done it too. I think the reason we do that is because we are hoping that our kid doesnt look like someone elses, we want ours to be unique.
