Ways To Kick Start Labor....

Start these weekly routines around 35 weeks and I am sure you won't go over your due date.
Start these at 35 weeks- drink Red Raspberry Tea.. Try it warm before bed & Iced in the morning. This will soften your cervix to help stimulate labor.
Take DAILY walks for approx. 15 min. around your neighborhood.
Take a Hot/Warm bath using Primrose Oil twice a week.
Rearrange your furniture... Not actually rearranging your furniture will help but the pressure of moving around the furniture will put pressure on your belly which stimulates your cervix..
Squats- Practice these- put your feet shoulder length apart stand staright and then bend your knees, keep something steardy near by so you don't fall over..or loose your balance.
Eat Fresh Pinapple, Spicy foods like Mexican and Curry, These spicy foods just Naturally make you have bowel movements which agian stimulate your cervix and Fresh pinapple is more of a old wives tale, but some say it works..
SEX SEX SEX, as uncomfortable a it is this works try laying still for 1/2 hour afterwards or have sex at bedtime and dont move.. The sperm is suppost to have something in it to soften the cervix... And if you have sex in the on top position it stimulate your cervix because of the Ab movement.. This might bring on strong contractions so be careful.
