Oh no you learn until ! Last week I realised the palpitation and did not concentrate on the stomach I was confused as to what was happening to me lol now I know I get them at least twice a day but just few seconds and am 23wks

Anyone get mild cramping after BH? I had experienced BH before but last night I had one that lasted almost a minute and after it started to subside I felt crampy. Not real painful, but obvious. I am only 29 weeks 3 days so it woried me, but then I didn't have another so I figured it was just BH. Anyone else get crampy?
