Diarrhoea And Stomach Ache

I'm 34 weeks and suffering with diarrhea and stomach ache. This has only come on the past 2 days, and it comes and goes. I have no idea what this is. I don't think it's braxton hicks as i don't feel any contracting, but I am in slight discomfort. Is anyone else suffering with this, I have an appointment at the maternity clinic on Tuesday and I can't go to the doctors tomorrow as it's closed becasue of bank holiday. Any advice would be great!

Also wanted to say that I am suffering with hot flushes aswell.
