Enema During Pregnancy

I am 37w6d, I have abdominal pain, and cannot go to the bathroom..is it okay to have an enema?

Im about 17 1/2 weeks and i just had a enema .. more like 4 in one night, my OB had me edmitted into the hospital because i cant ever go. its safe.. u can do up to 3 fleet enemas in a day if u really cant go. now im on Zolnorm(2pills a day) 2 stool softners and fleet enemas. I understand .. its frustrating not being able to go.
